The Ministry of Economic Development awarded the Albertengo company the recognition of 'Historic Brand of National Interest'.
It is given to anyone who can prove continuous use, for at least fifty years, of a trade mark used for the marketing of goods.
The Albertengo logo is family-owned and has been used continuously since 1905, although the business is much older.
For the Albertengo family, it is an important recognition of the work to safeguard Italian-made products and Piedmontese pride, carried out over more than two centuries by the various generations.
